Hierarchy is not assigned to model &1 (structure &2)

What causes this issue?

There is no hierarchy assigned to the Supply Chain Network model.

System Response

No hierarchy can be found.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

In the SAP menu navigate to Master Data --> Hierarchy.
Enter the hierarchy structure and use the value help to select an
assigned hierarchy. Then press the 'Display'-button.
In the 'Hierarchy: Display Objects'-screen press button 'Models' and
assign a model to the hierarchy.
Contact SAP Service by creating a problem message if needed. Name the
component, in which message occured.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
