What causes this issue?

The system has saved your data successfully. Note however that it is
possible that not all the data has been saved since data outside of the
initialized time period of the version/key figure might have been
changed and the system does not consider this as an error.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that your versions and key figures are always initialized for
a sufficient period of time.
