No destination location found for purchasing organization &1

What causes this issue?

You have transmitted contracts or purchasing information records for
which no plants have been maintained from your OLTP system. As a
result, all plants assigned to purchasing organization &V1& were
transmitted from the OLTP system to the APO system.
Due to the fact that no corresponding destination location exists in
the APO system for any of the transmitted plants, it was not possible
to store the data on the contracts or purchasing info records
transmitted in the system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that the necessary data on the destination location exists in
the APO system.
Retransmit the data on contracts and purchasing info records.
