Only one item with a positive quota arrangement value is assigned to the
quota arrangement.

System Response

The optimizer will not consider the quota arrangement.

How to fix this error?

Check whether this is intentional. Define a quota arrangement value of
null or define multiple items for the quota arrangement.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
