What causes this issue?

Due to the profile settings for unsuccessful solution determination,
discrete constraints were removed to enable a solution to be found.

System Response

The system creates orders that violate one or more discrete constraints
for product &V1& at transportation lane &V2&.

How to fix this error?

Check the orders that are created. If you would like the optimizer to
respond differently in this case, you should change the settings in the
optimizer profile.
