Short dump occurred when reading data for optimizer

What causes this issue?

An unknown error has occurred and has caused the optimizer to
terminate.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact SAP.
Note: If you see this message in the message log during an optimization
run, it does not mean that a short dump has occurred. If importing is
successful, this message is removed once more. Only if this message is
still in the message log upon completion of the optimization run, has a
short dump occurred.
