Consistency check between time series and WUL cancelled on &1 at &2

What causes this issue?

Because of an internal error the consistency check between the time
series and the where-used list of restrictions was canceled.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
