Daily packages could not be released (see long text)

What causes this issue?

No restrictions were found with the indicator <LS>100% load</>.
Restrictions of this category, however, are a prerequisite for
releasing the daily packages.
The aim of the daily package creation is to fully load production. That
is, to disallow any loading less than 100% for restrictions with this
indicator. For this purpose, suitable proposed orders are created
in addition to the existing sales orders until the maximum production
quantity is reached.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For the restrictions that you want to control via the production load,
set the indicator <LS>100% load</>. Then re-execute the daily package
creation and release the daily packages again.
