No pegging area to be planned

What causes this issue?

Not all selected pegging areas are allowed to be planned and therefore
need to be removed from the selection before the specified heuristic is
called.
Examples are:
A pegging area with missing 'Change' authorization
A pegging area corresponds to a configurabe product in the variant
configuration (VC) scenario. Planning in the make-to-stock (MTS) segment
is not allowed
After these pegging areas are filtered out the remaining pegging areas
are planned by the called heuristic.
It can however happen that all pegging areas had to be removed and not a
single pegging area remained to be planned. This is what happened in the
current situation.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
