Dates are incomplete

What causes this issue?

In the settings for the heuristic you have selected the indicator <LS>Do
Not Display Dialog Box</>.
However, in order for the heuristic to be executed you must specify a
start date or an end date.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
