Order &1: Retaining activity dates deactivated

What causes this issue?

For operations of the order &V1&, the existing activity dates from SAP
liveCache could not be retained.

System Response

As standard, the retaining of activity dates is active in SAP APO; in
other words, activities that have already been scheduled by SAP APO are
not rescheduled when there is another order transfer from SAP R/3.
The retaining of activity dates from SAP APO has been deactivated
because finite scheduling is defined in one of the strategies in the
strategy profile &V2& for SAP R/3 integration. As this can lead to
scheduling errors through SAP liveCache, the activity dates from SAP
liveCache have not been retained.
The operations/activities are rescheduled in SAP APO.

How to fix this error?

Check the strategy profile &V2& for SAP R/3 integration under
<DS:TRAN./SAPAPO/CDPSC1>Display and Change the Strategy Profiles</>. To
be able to make use of the retention of activity dates, you should only
use infinite strategies for scheduling in this strategy profile.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
