Propagation range &1 is not permitted

What causes this issue?

The propagation range is the work area. Work areas are not used in the
product view/product planning table.

System Response

The system cannot determine the propagation range.

How to fix this error?

Choose a propagation range which explicitly contains the resources and
products.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
