Order &1 does not exist

What causes this issue?

There are inconsistencies
In SAP APO between the database and <ls>live</>Cache or
Between SAP APO and the OLTP system

System Response

The system cannot read the order from the database.


&What_to_DO&
This message can occur, for example, if you perform an availability
check for a manufacturing order in SAP R/3 and the manufacturing order
is not yet in SAP APO. In this case, repeat the check at a later time.
Inform your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

Remove the inconsistencies. Use the following transactions:
If there are inconsistencies in SAP APO, use the <ls>consistency check
</>
<DS:TRAN./SAPAPO/OM17>Call Consistency Check Immediately</>.
If there are inconsistencies between SAP APO and SAP R/3, use the
<ls>Compare/Reconcile Function</>
<DS:TRAN./SAPAPO/CCR>Call Compare/Reconcile Function Immediately</>
