What causes this issue?

In the substitution procedure &V2&, you have specified the product &V1&
more than once. This is not possible for the procedure type that you
have selected.

System Response

The system does not update the substitution procedure &V2&. All
substitution procedures that do not contain errors can be updated. The
calling application can decide if it executes a COMMIT WORK in spite of
the error.

How to fix this error?

Correct the incorrect entry and repeat the call.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
