What causes this issue?

You have entered a negative time period.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The system cannot interpret a negative time period.

How to fix this error?

Change your entries in the time fields.
The date in the "valid from" field must lie before the date in the
"valid to" field.
