What causes this issue?
Before deleting a PPM / plan, the system checks if orders still refer
to the PPM to be deleted. Access to liveCache is needed for this, which
could not be established in this case. The check could not therefore be
carried out and the PPM / plan was not deleted.
System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Inform your system administrator.
