What causes this issue?

The piecewise linear cost function for transporting product &V1& on
transportation lane &V2& was only defined for a shipment quantity of at
least &V3& lots. However, it should be defined from at least &V4& lots.


How to fix this error?

Define the cost function starting from a shipment quantity of &V4&
lots.
