What causes this issue?

For technical reasons, saving to the liveCache of the planning-related
minimum intervals or planning-related offsets that you have just
maintained has failed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Save the current planning results in a simulation version and try to
change the planning-related minimum intervals or planning-related
offsets again.
