Manual freeze horizon &1 (location &2, product &3)

What causes this issue?

When the system determines the freeze horizon, it will take the latest
of the following: Scheduled Freeze Horizon, Dynamic Freeze Horizon
(defined at the product specific transportation lane level), and the
Manual Freeze Horizon (defined in the Product Location master data under
SPP DRP tab).

System Response

This will prevent DRP from generating any receipts until this date. DRP
will create the receipts (requisitions, schedule lines, purchase orders,
or planned orders) for any demand that occurs before this date, after
the end of the freeze horizon. The Manual Freeze Horizon will also
prevent DRP from making any changes to existing receipts.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
