Push-pull inconsistency (SNP)

What causes this issue?

An inconsistency was discovered within the SNP propagation module. The
propagation via the push and pull network produces conflicting results.
This problem is due to an error in the application.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Open an OSS message in accordance with SAP Note 167280.
