What causes this issue?

The sensitivity of the simulation delta queue has been changed during an
active simulation. This is not permitted for technical reasons.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Discard your simulative changes and perform them in a new simulation.
Avoid making changes to the delta queue sensitivity while simulations
are active.
