Bucket vectors do not exist in liveCache

What causes this issue?

Capacity reservation data exists in the database but the corresponding
bucket vectors do not exist in liveCache.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Correct all inconsistencies.
