Different container numbers in database and liveCache

What causes this issue?

The container number of the ATP characteristic matrix in liveCache does
not match the container number from container table /SAPAPO/ATPCH01.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?
