Planning version & does not exist in liveCache

What causes this issue?

A planning version only exists in the APO database and not in
liveCache.
This can be due to the following:
liveCache was initialized without then loading the master data.
liveCache was initialized and the master data was partially loaded.
liveCache has just been initialized and the master data has not yet
been completely loaded.
An error occurred when creating or processing data.

System Response

Existing data is displayed in the APO database.

How to fix this error?

Contact system administration.

Procedure for System Administrators

Use the consistency check to correct the inconsistency between the APO
database and liveCache:
In the SAP menu, call the liveCache consistency check following this
menu path: <LS>Tools</> --> <LS>APO Administration </> -->
<LS>liveCache/COM routines</> --> <LS>Tools</> --> <LS>liveCache
Consistency Check</>.
Check which objects have the inconsistency.
Call <LS>Correct Inconsistencies</>.
