Value entered does not correspond to the value of the filter that is set

What causes this issue?

Your system administartion has stipulated that access to the Assignment
of Lifecycle Profiles screen is restricted to certain characteristic
values. You specified these values when entering the screen. While
creating an assignment you specified a characteristic value that is not
included in the previous values. For instance, you may have entered * as
a value for a characteristic that you previously entered as a filter
value when accessing the screen.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
