What causes this issue?

The external capacity data for the resource &V1& is used
independently of a planning version.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check in the planning-version-independent copy of the resource &V1& if
you require an <DS:DE./SAPAPO/CRES_TSTREAM_EXTERNAL>external capacity
</> for the resource. Deselect the indicator in the resource master, if
necessary.
