The version resource capacity &1 does not exist

What causes this issue?

Version &V1& of the resource capacity was not found. This must be
maintained in APO Customizing for storing the resources dispatched.

System Response

The dispatched resources cannot be posted in APO.

How to fix this error?

Maintain version &V1& of the resource capacity in Customizing.
