Requirement/receipt &1 for order &2 only exists in SAP APO

What causes this issue?

Requirement/receipt &V1& for order &V2& for header material &V3& in
plant &V4& only exists in SAP APO.

System Response

Receipt/requirement &V1& contains BOM information. This indicates that
it originally also existed in SAP R/3 and was deleted there, but the
deletion was not transferred to SAP APO correctly.
If you transfer order &V2& to SAP R/3, R/3 will not add
requirement/receipt &V1&. Instead, it will retransfer it to SAP APO with
the status 'to be deleted'. A transfer of order &V2& from SAP APO or SAP
R/3 therefore leads to the deletion of requirement/receipt &V1& in SAP
APO.
Check whether additional requirements/receipts are identified that only
exist in SAP APO. If requirements/receipts are identified that were
added to order &V2& manually in SAP APO, you can rectify this data
inconsistency by choosing <LS>Send to R/3</>.

How to fix this error?

Rectify this data inconsistency by choosing <LS>Send to R/3 </> or
<LS>Send to APO</>.
