What causes this issue?

The job name used is &V1&.
The last return code (in parentheses) and the last message may provide
information about the cause of this error: &V3&.

How to fix this error?

Analyze the cause (for example, using the job log and the authorization
profile of the user who scheduled the job) and delete the specified job
from job management if this has not already been automatically deleted.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
