What causes this issue?

Since the language-specific table SAMTX contains no entry in &V1&, the
short text cannot be changed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the short text in the original language &V2& or have the short
text translated.
