What causes this issue?

There is no statistics data in the SWNCMONI performance database.

System Response

The application terminated.

How to fix this error?

It is possible that the workload collector is not scheduled. To schedule
the collector, in <LS>Expert</> user mode, choose <LS>Collector -> Perf.
Monitor Collector -> Execution Times</> in the left subscreen. The
system displays the <LS>Contents of table TCOLL</> screen. Ensure that
the SWNCCOLL report is scheduled hourly.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
