BAPI &1: Structured parameter &2 is not documented

What causes this issue?

So that a BAPI can be used correctly, each parameter of the BAPI should
be documented.
With structured parameters each individual field of the parameter
should have a description of its use.
With the parameter here there is no description of its functional use.
The alternative documentation of the individual components of the
parameter is either not complete or is completely missing from their
data elements.

How to fix this error?

Create documentation for the parameter.
