How to fix this error?

If you are using the Profile Generator in this Release for the first
time, you should first call transaction SU25 (Step 1) to fill the
Profile Generator tables initially. For documentation on this step, see
the Profile Generator documentation in the Implementation Guide, in the
SAP Library and in transaction SU25 itself. If you have already used the
Profile Generator in a previous release, you should call transaction
SU25 (steps 2a to 2c) to transfer the new check indicators before
continuing with the Profile Generator. This transaction displays all
changes to the check indicators and field values. You can adopt the
changes or retain your own settings. Furthermore, the transaction
specifies all roles that it would be make sense to regenerate.
