Object type or reference number is initial

What causes this issue?

Sender and receiver documents which were generated across the
Accounting interface are linked with one another via reference fields.
The system is now to search for receiver documents without the
necessary reference fields (object type "&v1&" and reference document
number "&v2&") being transferred.

System Response

The system cannot find the receiver documents in Accounting without
specifying the reference fields.

How to fix this error?

This is a system error of the application which was called up.
