Status management does not allow any confirmations

What causes this issue?

One or more active statuses in the operation do not allow confirmation.

How can this happen?

An operation can only be confirmed after is has been released. If the
status "created" is still active in an operation, the operation cannot
be confirmed.

How to fix this error?

Deactivate the status that does not allow confirmation.
