Pool Utility Authorization

What causes this issue?

Pool Utilization Authority denotes whether an LPAR has the permission to
view the shared pool resource utilization. This security feature is used
to prevent an LPAR from inferring resource utilization information of
other LPARs in the same shared pool.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
