What causes this issue?

This MTE represents the number of user sessions by type. The values are
corresponding to the number of session shown in transaction AL08.
The following types are possible:
GUI
User session of type SAP GUI front end
HTTP
User session of type HTTP
HTTPS
User session of type HTTPS
SMTP
User session of type SMTP
RFC
User session of type RFC
BGRFC Scheduler
User session of type BGRFC
BGRFC unit
User session of type RFC Unit.
APC
User session of type ABAP Push Channel
APC streaming
User session to send via ABAP Push Channel
Daemon
User session of ABAP Daemon Framework.
BATCH
User session with background processing
Enqueue
User session for the integrated enqueue server
Update
Use of the Update Task
SYSTEM
Back-end session created by the system (e.g. to execute Auto-ABAP or
other internal tasks)

How to fix this error?

The MTE is a good indicator for the current workload generated by
different user types of the system.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
