&1 &3 > &2 &3 Frontend response time exceeds threshold (&4 dialog steps)

What causes this issue?

Frontend response time for the monitoring object SAP dialog service. The
time that the user waits at the frontend while the application server is
processing requests has exceeded the threshold that is defined.
Older SAP GUI releases may display incorrect data for the frontend
response time.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check Transaction ST03 for the workload statistics. Ensure that you have
installed the latest SAP GUI version.
