What causes this issue?

You are already editing the query that you want to change in another
browser window.

System Response

You cannot save the changed query under the same name. Instead, you
need to choose a different name when saving.

How to fix this error?

If this was not your intention, check whether you are already editing
the query definition in another browser window. If this is the case,
you can close the browser window that is currently active and continue
working there.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
