Entry for &1 with number &2 failed in tabel RSDIOBJFIX

What causes this issue?

In table RSDIOBJFIX no entry could be inserted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Look in the system log to see why there was an error during INSERT into
the database.
The missing entry could lead to problems during activation of the
InfoObject &v1& because there is no number range.
