DB error during status transfer of request & (&) in DSO -> long text

What causes this issue?

Request &V1&(&V2&) should be set to 'GREEN' in DataStore object &V3&.
This status transfer failed due to a database problem.

System Response

If you are using an IBM-DB, this could be because there are now
duplicate records in the A table of DataStore object &V3& (IBM-DBs can
only be partitioned if the primary index of the A table of the DataStore
object is deleted - however potential duplicate entries can arise).

How to fix this error?

Your DataStore object is now inconsistent.
Create a message under component BW-WHM-DBA-DSO.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
