Data provider &1 is not input ready

What causes this issue?

You have created plan data for a data provider. However, the data
provider is not input ready.

System Response

The plan data is not written to the plan buffer.

How to fix this error?

If you want to create plan data, switch the data provider to input
ready. You can do this in the "Local Query Properties" dialog box, for
example.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
