Access to Visual Basic project denied

What causes this issue?

You tried to insert a design item that requires inserting VBA code into
the workbook. However, the VBA project for the workbook is locked for
viewing with a password.

System Response

The design item is not inserted into the workbook.

How to fix this error?

Unlock the VBA project for the workbook in the VBA editor and insert the
design item again.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
