What causes this issue?

The <DS:GLOS.Logical Unit of Work>LUW</> &v1& has probably not yet been
loaded into BW.

System Response

The deletion of the confirmed LUWs in BW exit queue &v1& for
destination &V2& was cancelled here.

How to fix this error?

In the <DS:TRAN.SMQ1>qRFC monitor for the exit queue</> (transaction
SMQ1), analyze queue &v1& for destination &v2&. If you cannot determine
or remove the cause of the error, check to see if there is a suitable
<ZH>SAP Note</> for this message (keyword RSQU051).
