Step &1: No packaging characteristic

What causes this issue?

There is no lock-relevant characteristic in the aggregation level that
does not belong to the field that is to be changed in the planning
function. This means that there is no characteristic that can be used
for packaging.

How to fix this error?

You can change the planning function if required.

Procedure for System Administrators

You can also define further characteristics as lock-relevant in the
InfoCubes. This is done in lock management (transaction RSPLSE).
