SAP object &1 (&2) cannot be imported

What causes this issue?

You attempted to import SAP object &v1& of type &V2& into the system usi
ng the XMI interface. You are not allowed to import SAP objects.

System Response

The object is ignored during the import.
Note: It can be that the import is incomplete when the required SAP obje
cts are still not active in the system.

How to fix this error?

Transfer the specified objects from Business Content. Only import the m
etadata afterwards.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
