Where-used list for object &1 (&2) not yet implemented

What causes this issue?

In order to specify the objects dependent on object &v1& of type &v2&,
or to perform a where-used list, function module &v3& must be
available. However, function module &v3& is not yet available in the
system.

System Response

Could not find any objects that are associated with object &v1&.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
