Incorrect data records - error requests (total status GREEN)

What causes this issue?

Incorrect data records have been returned.

System Response

The valid records have been updated to the target and can be used in
reporting.
The incorrect records have not been written to the target, but have been
posted retractively to the PAS under a new request number.

How to fix this error?

Check the data in the error requests, correct the errors, and post the
error requests.
