Selection conditions replaced by last init. selection conditions

What causes this issue?

Selection conditions replaced by init. selection conditions.
No new selections can be made when requesting delta data from a 2.0
extractor.
Delta selections are composed of the total quantity of all the
selections of all the sucessful init. requests for this DataSource.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
