What causes this issue?

Column '&V2&' cannot be converted to data type '&V1&'. The formatting of
the Microsoft Excel file is unsuitable.

How to fix this error?

Change the formatting of column '&V2&' in the Microsoft Excel file.
Note:
Numbers of type 'Standard' (in Microsoft Excel) are always interpreted
as decimal numbers. If you want to upload a column as 'Integer', you
have to select 'Number' formatting or a corresponding user-defined
format in Microsoft Excel.
If you want to upload a column as 'Time', you have to select a
corresponding user-defined format in Microsoft Excel.
